HOW TO ORDER

1 Selecting Items to Purchase
Select the desired size and quantity then click "Add to Cart", and continue shopping. To view all of the items you have selected to purchase click on "My Cart" at the top of the page.

2 Checking Out
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the "Checkout" button at the top right of the page. If you are a first time customer, select "Create New Account" or "Place Order Without Account." If you have shopped with us before, enter your customer login and password and our system will automatically fill in your personal information.

3 Payment
Finally, select the appropriate shipping charge, fill in your payment information and click the "Continue" button at the bottom right of your screen. Your order number and invoice will appear and we will email you a copy shortly thereafter!

When shipping outside USA, import customs duty may apply. Check your local UPS or post office for your local rules.

State taxes will not be charged to any order shipped outside NY state to a US address.

Your Shipping costs will be displayed as you complete the "Checkout" process.

All of our products shipped from MTE are FCC approved and are suitable for use within North America and Latin America.

Shipping charges:

We ship from NY, to USA, Canada Europe, Asia and all Latin America incl. Mexico.

Your Shipping costs will be displayed as you complete the "Checkout" process.

FCC approved:
All of our products shipped from MTE are FCC and CE approved and are suitable for use within North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

RETURNS:

Returns may be made within 30 days of product purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our product you can ship it back to us for a refund.

Terms:
The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, manual, accessories.

There will be no refund on shipping charges.


SSI America is in no way liable for any installation/uninstall costs for any reason.
All expenses are to be paid by the end user. No exceptions

There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns.

Refund will be made upon reciept and inspection of the product in our warehouse.

WARRANTY:

All of our products include a 1 year waranty, parts and labor. Replacment/Upgrade parts carry a 90 day warranty i.e. Firmware chip, USB Upgrade etc...

Terms:
The warranty ends one year from the date of purchase. If an item needs to be returned for repair, the end user agrees to pay for two way shipping. MTE/SSI America is not responsible for any local taxes or import fees
